At Draco Slides, we want you to feel like you're walking on clouds; if your footwear isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are unworn and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your inbox. Simply print the label and securely package your slides in their original box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location. We recommend obtaining a receipt for your records to track the journey back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new pair within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
